From far northern Burgundy a region best known for its Chardonnays from Chablis. Due to the cold climate, this is an especially light bodied Pinot Noir. Flavors and aromas of cranberries, strawberry juice and a hint of allspice. Enjoy on its own, with grilled salmon or classic French dishes such as beef Bourguignon.
