Lacrima di Morro D'Alba is a grape native to central Italy's Marche region. Lacrima means tear and is probably a reference to the fact that the grapes are tear shaped. Comparable to some Pinot Noirs, this light bodied red has flavors and aromas of cherry, dried cranberry and a touch of violet. Enjoy on its own or with salmon, chicken or shrimp.
