This tiny production Pinot Noir is from one of Burgundy's top regions. Everything is done by hand. Medium bodied with complex flavors and aromas of dark berries, sage, thyme and black pepper. Pairs well with most meals including pork, rack of lamb, chops, tuna tartare or crab.
