Made from the ancient indigenous grape called Erbaluce from nortwestern Italy's Piedmont region. This white is highly fragrant with flavors and aromas of pear, grapefruit, thyme and rosemary. Drinks nicely on its own or with bleu cheeses, light seafood or cold antipasti.
