Pinot Grigio is known as Pinot Gris in the Alsace and most of the United States. This off dry white has flavors and aromas of apricot, pineapple and honeysuckle with a touch of sweetess balanced by acid on the finish. Great with German inspired meals, or spicy Asian themed dishes.
