Falanghina is an ancient grape variety which is said to have been cultivated for over 2,000 years. Medium bodied with flavors and aromas of pear, orange zest and a touch of hazelnut with some minerality. It drinks nicely on its own or with creamy risotto, fresh seafood and soft cheeses.
