Southwest France's Côtes de Gascogne region is completely overshadowed by its northern neighbor Bordeaux. However, there are a lot of high quality, huge value wines from this often overlooked area. A refreshing blend of 50% Colombard-40% Ugni Blanc and 10% Sauvignon Blanc. Light bodied with flavors and aromas of green apple, lime, green grass with flint and acidity on the finish. Enjoy on its own, with sushi or other light seafood, chicken or goat cheeses.
