A blend of 70% Chenin Blanc and 30% Chardonnay from France's Loire Valley. Crémant is a style of sparkling wine made with the same labor intensive techniques which are used to produce Champagne but Crémant are not from the Champagne region. Hence Crémant far less expensive than Champagne and Crémant is an excellent alternative to Champagne. This biodynamically estate-grown and produced wine is dry with flavors and aromas of honeysuckle, pineapple lemon and fresh brioche. Excellent on its own before a meal or paired with sushi, fried foods, and savory tarts.
