Alba Vega Albariño, Spain, Rias Baixas/Galicia Albariño is perhaps Spain's signature white wine (some might say it's Verdejo). Medium bodied, somewhat comparable to a Sauvignon Blanc with flavors and aromas of green apple, grapefruit, flint and hay. Enjoy on its own or with seafood such as Arroz Con Mariscos (rice with scallops and shrimp) or sushi.
