Not to be confused with the similarly named Montepulciano made with Sangiovese grapes in Tuscany. This is made with Montepulciano grapes in east central Italy. Easy drinking with low acidity, flavors and aromas of red berries with a touch of cinnamon and earth. Enjoy on its own, with ravioli, pasta, or pizza.
