100% Cortese - a white grape variety grown predominantly in northwestern Italy's of Piedmont region. Light bodied white with flavors and aromas of yellow apple, Meyer lemon, peaches with some minerality. Enjoy on its own or with creamy cheeses, vegetable anti pasti or grilled white fish. The stylized bottle shape used by the Villa Sparina winery was inspired by an old bottle that was discovered in the villa’s cellar in the late 1970s.
