'Blanc de Noir' means 'white from dark'. This wine is made from Tempranillo which usually produces red wines. However the skin of the Tempranillo is red but the fruit itself is white. So the grapes are crushed to make the juice but the skins are quickly remove to keep the juice white. Hence it is a white from a dark. a red wine. Medium to light bodied with flavors and aromas of strawberry and honeysuckle. Enjoy on its own with green salads, poultry or smoked meats.
