From northeastern Italy near the city of Verona, Soave is a blend of native Italian grapes 85% Garganega, 15% Trebbiano di Soave and Pinot Bianco. Light bodied and dry with notes of orange blossom, green apple and pineapple. Nice on its own or enjoy with with light appetizers, aged cheeses, roasted poultry and seafood.
