Chenin Blanc is synonymous white wines from the Loire Valley's Vouvray region. This versatile grape produces everything from dessert wines which are almost as sweet as honey to bone dry still and sparkling wines, many of which can age for decades. This dry white has flavors and aromas of pear, red apple and honey suckle with notes of minerals and acidity on the finish. Drinks well on its own, with seafood, savory tarts or chicken.
