Crémant is a style of sparkling wine made with the same labor intensive techniques which are used to produce Champagne but Crémant are not from the Champagne region. Hence Crémant far less expensive than Champagne and Crémant is an excellent alternative to Champagne. A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sémillon, with a touch of Muscadelle. This highly effervescent dry sparkler has flavors and aromas of green apple, pear, lemon zest and toasted bread. Enjoy well chilled on its own, with oysters, sushi, green salads, fried foods or creamy cheeses.
