Lirac is an area in the southern Rhône Valley near Cheateau Neuf du Pape. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre. This easy drinking red has flavors and aromas of fresh plums, black berry jam with notes of anise and black pepper on the finish. Enjoyable on its own or paired with a broad range of food including beef, roast chicken, salmon and lamb.
