2015 is the first vintage of this Garnacha Blanca from Aragon. The name "Moncayo" comes from the mountain which controls the local climate and whose silhouette is on the label. Harvested from fifteen year old vines and aged in stainless steel tanks, for nearly 6 months prior to bottling. Medium bodied with flavors and aromas of vanilla cream, honeysuckle and cantaloupe. Enjoyable on its own, with herb-rubbed roast chicken, pork chops or white beans stew.
