Assyrtiko is perhaps the most popular Greek wine in in the United States. This light white is comparable to many Sauvignon Blancs. Dry and crisp with flavors and aromas of lemon and lime with some acid on the finish. Excellent on its own or with Mediteranean style seafood dishes such as broiled light fish with oregano, capers and olive oil.
