Idle is a Sonoma “micro” winery producing less than 3,000 cases a yearwhich sources its grapes from a few carefully selected premium vineyards. Full bodied with concentrated flavors and aromas of black cherries, figs and strawberry jam with notes of vanilla and cocoa. Enjoy on its own, with pork, beef, sausages, poultry or salmon.
