From an area about 60 miles west of Venice, this white is made from Garganega - a native Italian grape perhaps best known for its use in Soave wines. Fermented and vinted in stainless steel. It's a nice alternative to Pinot Grigio. Light bodied with flavors and aromas of lemon and honeysuckle. Enjoy well chilled on its own, with vegetable risotto or seafood.
