The Picpoul Grape (translacted as 'lip stinger' for its stinging acidity) is a hugely poplular white grape from France's Mediteranean which is quickly catching on in the United States, especially in the warmer weather. Tart and acidic with Flavors and aromas of lemon zest, white peaches and honeydew. Excellent on its own or with oysters, sushi, calimari and tempura.
